Abstract
He main goal of the research is the explication of the specific traits of the present information environment that form the situation of information oversaturation and the conduct of the analysis of their influence upon the individual cognitive abilities and social communications. The article analyzes the role of information and digital technologies as a special technical phenomenon that cause present social transformations. Author analyzes the concepts of «data», «information» and «knowledge» where information is seen as a message that can be transformed into knowledge only when certain conditions are met. The main character traits of the present information environment are outlined that lead to information oversaturation of the person:1) the easy access and high speed of the information transfer; 2) aggressive imposing of the unnecessary information; 3) one-sidedness of the surrounding information due to the specifics of the Internet services; 4) dependence of the individual and of the society on communication technologies. The possible effects of information oversaturation are formulated: 1) the decrease of the success rate of cognitive activity of the individuals; 2) transformations of the individual memory (its «externalization») that bring about the necessity of the education system revision; 3) transformation of the information sources into the sources of constant stress for the individuals; 3) social conflicts that are brought about by moral unreadiness of the individuals and society for the use of the present communicative possibilities provided by information technologies. The conclusion is drawn that the full analysis of the aforementioned problems is needed that should help to find the balance in the system «human-society-information» on the present level of societal development.

Abstract
He article discusses the relevance of the psychotherapeutic«update» of collective fears in network communications. This is considered by us as a way of easing the tension of the asthenic states of communities - despondency, anomie, loneliness, rejection, social hatred, anxiety, aggression. The author contrasts the concept of struggle collective fears with the idea of a different nature of the tasks of their therapy. Collective fears cannot be eliminated, but they can be transformed by reducing their impact on the overall level of resentment in society. The paper describes empirical material - texts of online discussions on the social network Facebook, analyzed using content analysis; the developed model of the experiment to identify collective fears and their transformation is presented. A criterion is proposed that determines the necessity and possibility of script implantation in a given discussion. Such a criterion is the ternary or binary potential in the discussion. The «implant» is based on the statements of the communicants themselves, and not brought in from the outside.Using the example of the analysis of communication in three online discussions, the author shows various models of communication and the possibility of constructing and implementing the text - «implant».The author makes a conclusion about the forms of expression of collective fears in online discussions such as threats, insults, gazlayting; generalizes the assumption about the possibility of script implantation in various discussions; the algorithm of the procedure for modeling the experiment to identify and transform the collective insurance of socially dangerous network communication.

Abstract
The paper deals with the close connection of such concepts as «information», «consciousness» and «Universe». The complementarity of trends in modern philosophy and cybernetics is demonstrated: the main trend in philosophy is characterized by a turn of interest from language analysis to consciousness one, and the main research interest in modern cybernetics is characterized by a turn from creation of artificial intelligence (IC) to creation of artificial consciousness (АС).It is shown that the concept «ontological propis» (Eng. - «handwriting sample») suggests that any possible noncontradictory objects can be realized. At the same time, the creation of AС should inevitably encounter a number of fundamental difficulties: 1) the pseudoparadox of consciousness; 2) the principle of the unconditional superiority of the «creator» (nature); 3) the availability of a person only «limited information»; 4) the availability of a person only«limited consciousness».The parallel between the state of Wheeler’s Universe, before the appearance of the «observer» in it, and the state of the unity of «the human being» and «the world», before the appearance of linguistic (separated) forms (the relationship of the medial voice with active and passive voices) is considered. It is shown that the evolution of the Universe makes knowing it person a participant of information’s production, and hence the Universe itself. A man with his consciousness, producing information, turns out to be an «information mirror of the Universe», which with its help, in fact, describes itself. It is shown that the description of the mechanism of «presentation» will be the main difficulty for supporters of creating IC due to the fact that modern man lives in an already divided world.

Abstract
This article deals with well-known debate between representatives of mentalism and mechanicism in the context of certain statements of the computational philosophy of mind. The article is structured in the form of a list of strong and weak arguments from both supporters and skeptics of computational models of mind. Classical arguments against machine functionalism prove to be weakened by the unclear nature of computation and the fuzzy volume of this notion. The question is formulated as to whether formal limitations of arithmetic procedures are sufficient condition for rejection of computer realization of human intellectual functions. For the computational philosophy of mind, the conditionality of the explanatory properties of computer models with the essential properties of machine and human types of computation is extremely important. The work justifies the thesis of contextual dependence of computational models on philosophical or engineering efficiency criteria.

Abstract
The article is devoted to such phenomenon as Internet-literature in China and the transformation of Chinese literary creativity in the era of the spread of the Internet. Cyber-communication provokes changes in the written language, saturating it with visual components, while reducing the verbal component. The cognitive abilities and habits of users also undergo transformations that affect the ability to write, read and comprehend large amounts of text. On the other hand, the Internet enables creative people to publish the fruits of their creativity on the pages of personal blogs, on specialized sites, as well as the ability for other users to leave comments, make reposts, write critical essays, and so on. All these factors, on the one hand, contribute to the promotion of creativity on the net, on the other hand, they change the face of modern poetry and prose, firstly, because of the specific Internet language that is often used when writing Internet literature, and secondly, making some works almost impossible to exist on paper due to a strong link to the electronic format (pop-ups, moving letters, verses voiced in different languages, etc.). New forms of reality give rise to new forms of literature that correlate not only with reality itself, but also with the cognitive habits of cyber readers.

Abstract
The article is based on the round table2 (9 April 2019, Institute of Philosophy, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow). The main topic of the round table timed to International Internet of Things Day (IoT Day) was «Digital Philosophy Millennium Problems» by analogy with David Gilbert/Clay Institute mathematical Millennium Problems list. Presentations and discussion have been made by more than twenty academic researchers from different fields of philosophy and non-academic digital professionals (engineers, designers, programmers, managers, businessmen). After the round table we have conducted a survey by email and social networks with more than one hundred Russian speaking researchers (from humanitarian and technical side). Also, we gather opinions by open facebook channel for digital specialists and general public from Russia and abroad. In result we have generalized philosophical problems, concerning digitalization and made some methodological work for these issues classification and reflection.
